Top notch service, this is the way all businesses should run their customer service department. Great communication from start to finish, great quality work that they stand behind. I would highly recommend Accent RV to repair/replace your rv roof.

Jeff and Jason are the best!! My husband and I are novice campers and when we saw a huge rip in our roof we immediately panicked. We found Accent RV on Yelp and immediately called them. From day one their customer service was excellent. All our questions were answered and Jason even told us how to handle our insurance and explained the entire process to us. We even had another camping trip coming up and they were able to finish our roof in time for us to head out as promised. I can't say enough good things about Accent RV they are the best and do amazing work. I also live about 40 minutes away but I didn't care, it was all worth it.

We had the roof on our 2004 Winnebago Journey replaced by Accent RV earlier this year. In the process (and unbeknownst to Accent RV and us) an errant screw shorted out the electrical wiring harness that controlled the bedroom slide-out. This was eventually determined by an RV dealer that we took the coach to in order to figure out the cause of the slide-out problem. When checking out the slide-out, their immediate comment was "they did a great job on your roof"! It took the dealer several weeks to determine the cause of short which was the errant screw which had occurred when replacing the cap for the new roof. When we went back to Jeff at Accent RV and explained what the dealer had found, he immediately stepped up and owned their mistake. He reimbursed us fully for the cost of the repair. Can't say enough about the quality of the roof replacement and the integrity of Jeff!

We had a A/C unit added to our pop up camper and I can't tell you guys how amazing our experience was from start to finish... we are so happy we choose this place ... Jeff the owner is supper nice and easy to talk to... we made a 45 minute drive to shop and it was so worth it...if you are looking for a place to get work done for ur RV/Camper this is totally your place they won't let you down.
